This is a working template marked for legal review before reliance. Services engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, not by these terms.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful, informational purposes. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or use it to violate anyone’s rights.

The grader and informational content

The AI Release Readiness Grader and all articles, guides, and checklists on this site are provided for general informational purposes. The grader produces an indicative score and roadmap based on your self-reported answers; it is not an audit, a guarantee, or professional advice, and it does not establish a client relationship. A real assessment is the paid QA Readiness Audit.

No warranty

The site and grader are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Testing and quality work reduce risk; they do not and cannot guarantee software free of defects. Nothing here promises a particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vireo QA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the grader. Liability relating to paid engagements is addressed in the applicable Master Services Agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this site, and the grader’s scoring methodology, are the property of Vireo QA. You may share links and quote briefly with attribution; don’t republish wholesale without permission.

We link to external tools and resources for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Alberta.
